The full color display device can achieve using the color filter membrane, the white OLED is the basis of the full color display. The Tris(8-hydroxyquinoline)aluminum(Alq3) is synthesized with a simple, high-effective method, the existence of aluminum complexes is proved through NMR spectrum, UVspectrum; the Tris(8-hydroxyqu-inoline)aluminum(Alq3) crystal structure is analysised by XRD, the result prove distorted octahedron, the characte-rizeation results show that the Tris(8-hydroxyqu-inoline)aluminum synthesized reached the standard of device, and would be used in the following experiments. And according to the US patent and related literatures, we have designed the multistep synthetical route and synthesized DCJTB. The white OLED device is produced through using co-host and double luminescent layer method, the device 1: ITO/Cupc/NPB:Rubrence: DCJTB/Alq3/LiF/Al; the device 2: ITO/Cupc/NPB:Rubrence/ Alq3:DCJTB/Alq3/LiF/Al. The white OLED devices luminescent properties is studied by changeing the produce method, the double luminescent layer method is proved more easy, when the blue-emitting layer thickness of 15 nm, red emitting layer thickness of 15 nm, the Rubrence doping concentration (mass fraction) of 2.8%, the DCJTB doping concentration of 1.5%, can be the best white devices, using the ternary steamed different single-emitting layer structure, with the method of simple and easy process control, experimental reproducibility and high color purity.
