Nowadays, with the reform of domestic telecom, every operation companies have spread drastic competition in many areas, such as big customers of enterprise, distance operation, IP operation, mobile operation, and so on. This system adopts decision tree, clustering analysis and association analysis algorithm to analyses the historical data of the Telecommunications system. Corresponding implementation data mining process, and analyze the result of data mining, provided powerful technology support for operator's prosecution and decision-making.
