Adaptive optics is an emerging, integrative (integrating optics, mechanics, electronics and automatics) high technology subject which has been developed since 1970s. Adaptive optics is used to provide various optics equipments with adaptive operation objects, transmission tunnel and variational working environment which make the equipments remain in optimum working state. Therefore adaptive optics is applied comprehensively in the fields of space observation, space communication, precise tracking and laser weapons etc. The kernel content of adaptive optics is real-time correction of wavefront distortion so as to enhance the imaging quality of optics system. Further goal of light wave quality is approach to diffraction limit.The influence of bandwidth of fast steering mirror on adaptive optics system compensation effect is analyzed in the thesis. The structure optimization design method of enhancing bandwidth of steering mirror based on finite element dynamics analysis is put forward. From the analysis results it can be concluded that the main factor of limiting effective bandwidth of fast steering mirror lies in the structure of bending plate of steering mirror. The resonance frequency of steering mirror can be elevated remarkably by increasing the thickness of flap at two sides of the bending plate and decreasing distance between the centre of bending disc and bending soleplate.The phase compensation technology of adaptive optics is based on phase conjugation principle, which is core extent of adaptive optics. The compensation effects of adaptive optics are analyzed in detail.Finally, the matching problem of time bandwidth and space bandwidth in adaptive optics is analyzed. Because the actual space bandwidth of adaptive optics cannot be infinite and there is always time delay, the matching of time bandwidth and space bandwidth has great practical meaning.
