This thesis studies on Meshfree Method(MFM) of the composite electromagnetic(EM) scattering from an object located on rough surface. The main work included as follows: firstly, the theory of MFM based on fundamental solution is discussed, so are the factors which affect the results, including how to choose the number of auxiliary sources and auxiliary surface and the distance of auxiliary surface and physic surface. Secondly, Monte Carlo method is used to generate the rough surface. And the MFM is applied to study electromagnetic scattering from the random rough surface. The scattering results of one-dimensional rough surface are discussed, including the choice of different auxiliary sources under the rough surface, the different distance of auxiliary surface and physics surface, the different root mean square height and correlation length. The formula of the two-dimensional multi-objects is derived, then composite EM scattering from the object on one-dimensional rough surface is studied. At last, EM scattering from three-dimensional object is studied particularly, and the pairs of current elements which are perpendicular to each other and tangential to the auxiliary surface are introduced to calculate scattering field from two-dimensional Gaussian rough surface. Based on the theories of two-dimensional rough surface and multi-object scattering, the MFM is applied to study composite EM scattering from the three-dimensional object on two-dimensional rough surface.
