In this paper, we have adopted a dynamic password based on the matrix card technology to enhance access control of digital certificates in order to achieve the client digital certificate, two-way authentication server to improve the system security, reducing client costs, a better solution to the customer service-oriented distributed environment WEB unified authentication problem.
