Heartdiseas is the most serious threatton to human health.The prevention and diagnosis of heartdisease has become the main problem of the medieal .The eleetrocardiogram diagnosis is an important basis .So the processing and analysis of research on ECG signal are more and more important.With the development of the society, the theory of the wavelet is one of the most powerful analysis tool.It is used in many natural sciences and is the results of a wide range of science.The theory of the wavelet has the characteristics of multiresolution. The signals can be multi-scale decomposed with it and can appear at various scales. In this paper, it is focused on how to use wavelet theory to start treatment of the heartdisease signal,there are a great deal of research on extracting the feature of the ECG to the paper, and make a detailed planning of reconstruction and de-noising of ECG .1. From the angle of theory, discussing the shape and sense of normal ECG.and describing the basic theory of wavelet analysis as well as the rapid decomposition and reconstruction algorithm in detail.2. Using of wavelet theory for de-noising of ECG studies.Explored the some key aspects in the process of de-noising. Analysising of the principle of the wavelet decomposition and reconstruction, the threshold value method, modulus maxima method, the correlation coefficient method and translation invariance.Through comparative analysis of a large number of experiments to verify their advantages and disadvantages. It is verified the advantages and disadvantages of dealing with the ECG data.3. The singularity detection and parameter settings of the R-wave, T-wave, Q-wave and S-wave is by wavelet modulus-maxima method. The steps of detection method is described in detail, the position of the wave has been analysised in correct, and the key issues are attempted usefully.4. The method of experimental has been verified and achieved in programming .All the ECG signal is from MIT-BIH database. The experimental results are analyzed and compared to draw conclusions.
