Laser confocal bio-chip scanner is a light after the control strategy mechanical, electrical integration after the control strategy bio-chip high-precision instrumentation. This article is based on laser scanning confocal biochip scanner of the scanning table, AC servo system for their research.(1) According to the scanning table to achieve the performance indicators and determine the movement of the mechanical structure table, and table selection of the design components.(2) AC servo motor drive as an important component of the first analysis and comparison of the ladder, S-type and exponential increase, slow curve, the use of S-curve acceleration and deceleration mode of the motor increases, deceleration time calculation to determine the motor work model to calculate transmission and operation of the power of inertia, and ultimately to determine the AC servo motor models.(3) In the analysis and comparison of the PID control, PID control integral separation, two degrees of freedom PID control, Smith predictor, internal model control, such as control strategy, the combination of three-ring design of control programs, as well as scanning table control system complexity and can be to achieve, the current loop using PI control, the speed of the use of internal model control loop, position control loop using PI control. Central focus on the speed of the characteristics of internal model control and the realization of the problem, as well as the internal model controller for the low-pass filter design and calculation, and the establishment of the control regulator's mathematical model.(4) Of the loops control system stability analysis.(5) Of mechanical systems, control systems and detection systems for analysis of the errors resulted in the location of the error precision table.
