Research Of The Detection System Of The Pulse Image Information Based On Binocular Vision

Sphygmology in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) has been much research and application in the field of medicine in our country.The Traditional Chinese Medicine can not be promotion and application of the broad masses because of the faintness,unquantifiable and subjectivitY.With the development of science and technology and applications,as well as biomedical,mathematical,biological mechanics,biology physics,computer technology and so on permeate to the chinese medicine field,objective diagnosis of pulse is a urgent issue need to be solved.At present,equipments were developed mainly pulse signal acquisition,which is insufficient to reflect comprehensively in the Traditional Chinese Medicine pulse.This thesis can acquire the theory of the pulse waveform basis on the conclusion of monocular vision.The dynamical pulse images were collected by this system.The three- dimensional pulse information was acquired through image analysis and processing.Reconstruction about Binocular Vision system is the emphasis of this paper. Consisting four aspects of sensor construction,camera calibration,image matching and of 3D Reconstruction Extraction,a proper sensor construction requires to combine practical subject matter for sake of choice of camera and lamp-house as well as the design of mechanical pedestal.There are numerous methods for camera calibration whereas we adopt the calibrating way from Zhang Zhengyou,which acquires the advantages of easy handling,lower realizing difficulty and so on.After calibrating of the pick-up head,the image matching theory shall be studied.SIFT(scale invariant feature transform) matching method shall be selected incorporation of pulse wave characteristic to match those characteristic features determining image processing.Finally,to seek pulse three-dimensional information of pulse film at a time based on the principle of binocular vision imaging.It will be a foundation of getting three-dimensional information for future research.Studies have shown that binocular vision based on the pulse of image research, can be directly obtained precise three-dimensional information.
