Contract net protocol can be fully utilized in a multi-Agent system. With in-depth research, contract net protocol has exposed many shortcomings. Many researchers have give many methods to improve it, but most remain in the cooperative multi-Agent system, and isn't considered and resolved the disputes by selfish agent, and most used form of symbolic logic is not easy to understand and apply.We proposed a safety and ntuitive model using object-oriented colored Petri nets tools, combined with the non-repudiation protocol and trust consideration Managers chose the bid not only based on the cost of bid, but also combined with the credibility and the utility of the tasks. In the communication process, with the non-repudiation protocol, collection and preservation of evidence by the participations, Update the trust by updating strategy, if any participation has any question, he can submit evidence to the arbitrator, to lodge an appeal; Arbitrator in accordance with the evidence on both sides, to give confidence in the arbitration on the rewards and punishments. Assigned tasks through trust and effectiveness, confidence the evaluation task with update the strategy, non-repudiation protocol security the justice. Through the colored Petri net tools verify the correctness of the model, using REPAST tool under different conditions simulation the model, it concluded that the model is safety and efficiency.
