ECG(Electrocardiogram) parameters detection is an important aspect for clinical diagnosis of heart disease.The key problems in ECG signal processing are how to increase the accuracy of ECG signal acquisition,reduce noise interference and increase efficiency of ECG signal parameters detection.ECG signal processing is studied in this paper in two aspects which are:ECG signal pre-processing and ECG signal parameters detection.There are three common types of interference in ECG signal such as power frequency interference,baseline drift and myo-electrical noise.According to the spectral characteristic of the three noises,the ECG signal pre-processing method by digital filter is studied in this paper.And then wavelet coefficients threshold method for ECG signal pre-processing is rstudied,which is based on the multi-resolution wavelet analysis.In order to resolve the difficult of selecting threshold,a filtering method,which is the wavelet transform combining with that adaptive filter,is researched.Based on former research,a wavelet adaptive filter is designed in the paper,which takes single wavelet reconstruction signal as reference and approaches it to the multi-wavelet reconstruction signal.The filter can effectively filter power frequency interference,baseline drift and some myo-electrical noise.ECG signal parameters detection is detecting the location,magnitude and other parameters of QRS signal,P wave and T wave in ECG signal.A method is researched in the paper,which detects the location of R wave by the extreme values modulo in pairs. The extreme values modulo in pairs are gotten by decomposing signal with orthotropic quadratic B-spline.The method is used to detect the location of P wave and T wave and optimized for the multiple wave forms of P wave and T wave.It can effectively detect the QRS,P,T waves in ECG signal by this method.The algorithms of ECG signal pre-processing and parameters detection are simulated by MATLAB.The ECG signals for simulating are from MIT-BIH and real acquisition data.The simulating is very well.And the feasibility of ECG signal pre-processing by wavelet adaptive filter and ECG signal parameters detection by wavelet transform is proved by the simulating.
