With the improvement of production technology, the PCB production process becomes increasingly complex, a large number of advanced-micro devices and ultra-fine line are used, and the lack of schematics makes the maintenance of PCB becomes a very difficult task, difficult to achieve automation."Based on the PCB inversion of electronic equipment maintenance technology platform" is software which is used to repair and manage electronic equipment based on the circuit schematic Reverse design. The project get the support of the national innovation funds and the national defense preliminary research, which access the source data of network table with image recognition technology and involve the key technology such as image processing, image recognition, components and lines connecting processing, network generation, automatically generated schematics and so on.Based on the theoretical foundation of digital image processing and image recognition, the research on point and line recognition in PCB inversion analysis and discussed in-depth the ways and difficult of PCB image acquisition, processing, and identify, the core issue is to resolve the detection of the radio devices and circuits in PCB inversion. Pretreat the image with mature image processing and gives further treatment measures in response to the characteristics of the PCB image lines too broad caused by initial treatment and the noise caused by step-by-step identify. Raise a new exploration in the detection algorithm of the circle and line elements, and put forward a simple and efficient circle detection algorithm and a line detection algorithm based on backtracking, furtherly in order to improve the testing results, it is combined with Hough transform and the least-squares method.All algorithms referred in the thesis have been realized in computer by using Delphi 7.0.
