Air humidity is closely related to mankind. People's daily life and produeing activities as well as the growth and existence are closely linked with the humidity of environment. With the development of science and technology the need of humidity sensor is increasing. At present, humidity sensor has been widely used in many fields,such as meteorology, farming and forestry,chemical fiber,textile industry food industry electrieal household appliances etc. Therefore, the humidity sensor measure system integrates the functions of the humidity occurrence , detecting , data acquisition and displaying .It is significantly for development of the industry driving sensor, improve production efficiency, measuring accuracy and reduce the cost of production.This paper introduces the hardware and software design of humidity sensor measure system based on MCU.First, a simple summary of the present situation and the developing trend of humidity sensor measurement system are given,and then the design of the system ,the principl of several modules and the realization of the sotftware are introduced in detailed.Modularization, high accuracy and extensible of the humidity sensor measurement system are taken into consideration of the design. In the hardware aspect, the system is made up of sensor module, signal source module, interface module, RS-232 communication module etc. In the software aspect, the function modularization is used to update the system easily in the future.The procedure modules designed included the main procedure module, the data acquisition module, the data processing module and the data display module .All above modules are tested in the exploitation environment Keil C51.The piecewise linear interpolation adopted is helpful to the compensation of the temperature and the humidity in measurement accuracy.The results show that the debugging of hardware and software modules can meet the design requirements.
