With the rapid development of Internet in recent years,Internet has developed into a integrative transmission network with data,voice and image from single data transmission.With the increment of those applications,the internet emerging the following characteristics:resource scarce, sevice diverse, resource distributed and application commercial.The development of internet brought our life great changes ,at the same time it alse brought many problems we must face.The most important problem is the scarce resources represented by the bandwidth.The control and allocation of internet resource are of great significance for the elevation of uses'satisfaction on internet services and the performance optimization of the whole internet. It is not realistic to adapt the development of the internet merely depending on the technic means.These days, adopting microecnomic means to study the resource allocation problem has become the hot spots issues,In which it includes the pricing theory, the game playing theory and the equilibrium theory.In my paper, based on the market-driven conditions,we study the internet resource allocation problem through the microeconomic theories.But it is different from the previous study,Now I summarize the content and innovation of this paper as following:(1)I put forward an optimal resource allocation scheme based on the service overlay network architecture.In this scheme,I employ economic agents,through the negotiation between them the management of service and resource are resolved.On the other side the pricing and charging problem are resolved.We decompose the optimization model into two level problem.Through optimization in each level,the whole optimization are resolved.This method can reduce the complexity greatly.Through the comparison between the price-based scheme and Round-Robin algorithm,the experiment certify the price-based scheme have better performance. (2) Against different users have different needs and even for the same service, different user has different satisfaction,for this reason we put forward a resource allocation scheme based on quality of service.In which,the service are classified in terms of different sensitivity to delay time for each user.In the optimization model ,we adopt the Lagrange algorithm to maximize the revenue of ISP,at the same time we find the best resource allocation scheme .Different from the previous study,we find the specific scheme in internet resource allocation.The most study only spend much time on how to build the model.In the end,through simulation I validate this plan can ensure the delay restriction of every service level and at the same time compared to the conventional resource allocation scheme,this plan can make the ISP get more revenue.(3) Based on the quality of service,I devise a system architecture framework ensured by QoS.On the theoretical model I adopt the queuing model based on strict priority.This system can better express the users'willingness to pay and have more initiative.At the same time the system reflect the market-driven thought,the higher priority choosed by user,the more money payed to ISP and the better quality is ensured.
