The tyre uniformity testing machine is able to measure force variations of the tyre ,it also is a pivotal testing system of tyre manufacturing. The machine belongs to mechatronics product with high-tech and had been maken in native company. The machine can measure following parameters: radical force variation, lateral force variation, conicity and so on. The product accord with development of our national tyre manufacturing is an important national industrialization item.This thesis emphasizes on the study of establishing mechanical testing model which correspond with testing method of tyre uniformity testing machine, and debate on the rationality of the tyre uniformity testing platform by the model. To sum up,this thesis offers theory proof to the uniformity testing machine. By analysing diversified factors to the testing data, mechanical testing modeldata arithmetic and error analysis, it advance precept that solve problem of practice use. This thesis also devise the theory of conicity compensating which eliminates disturber to testing data arosed by slant of one end fixed axis.Via the tyre uniformity testing machine's characteristic parameters obtained by a mass of experiment, this thesis analyse in theory and use the method of least squares,matlab and digital signal disposal or other mathematic method to find rule of characteristic parameters, explain the correlativity of parameters, instruct checkout method of the tyre uniformity testing machine and tyre uniformity's testing condition and grade standard instituted by tyre company. Conicity compensating is used in tyre uniformity's parameters calculated process, assure the veracity of data disposal, compensate itself imbalance, enhance the machine's efficiency. The conclusion of this thesis can be used in process of tyre manufacturing and have important support and inspection for tyre quality.
