To detect the temperature field of laser weld pool in laser three-dimensional forming process can reflect the metallurgical process of the pool,to ensure normal physical reaction process carry out successfully,it has great significance of the final forming results.In view of the status that current laser molten pool temperature detection were mainly restricted to infrared thermometer, infrared imaging system, this paper developed a set of high-speed black and white CCD-based laser weld pool temperature field monitoring system. Through convertting the gray to temperature, transformed the gray-scale image of the laser pool into two-dimensional temperature distribution maps in pseudo-color,making detection even more intuitive and comprehensive.In this paper,the present situation of using CCD to monitor temperature field was summarized, most of the theories based on colorimetric test, which was not suitable for the monochrome camera. Therefore narrow-band filters were used for seting up the measurement temperature field theoretical model for black-and-white CCD.in this topic, high-speed CCD was used to collect black and white pictures of laser molten pool,to set up model of the temperature field based on the theory of radiation,and to calibrate the temperature field model through the infrared thermometer.Taking CCD'SDK as a development platform , combination of median filter, pseudo-color display, image cropping and other digital image processing technology, designed a special temperature monitoring software of laser molten pool.After a series of tests like point melting, single-channel cladding, the software was proved to be able to reflect dynamic characteristics of the laser molten pool and two-dimensional distribution of temperature field in real-time.In cylinder accumulation test, in accordance with the temperature changes of the pool showed in software, laser power was adjusted accordingly, prevented the breakdown of processing of melt-off.Forming parts had a smooth surface, the quality was good. After further improved, the temperature measurement system can be a useful technique in laser molten pool temperature measurement.
