Research On Algorithms Of Image Generating By Morphing And Image Recognition

Images are the main information carrier of reflecting real world.With the development of modern information technology,image processing technology has obtained an unprecedented wide attention and been used in many new fields.In this paper,the research on applications of image processing technology in art font generating by image morphing and face recognition are presented.The specific researches include:1.An art font generating approach based on image morphing is proposedThe modern art fonts attract much human attention with rich and colorful appearance and its status and function have become more and more important in modern social life.At present,there are varieties of softwares which can be used for drawing and editing various art fonts;however there is no any commercial software which can generate art font conveniently. In this paper,an art font generating by image morphing is proposed.The feature exaction of font and image morphing are researched and develop the experimental prototype.From the examples,we can see that the art font researched in this paper not only express the basic semantic information of font,but also express the information of specific image.2.An integrated face recognition algorithm based on the feature fusion of Gabor and Curvelet is proposedFace recognition is an active area in pattern recognition and artificial intelligence and has a great deal of potential application in security system and commerce.It is also a research subject with great challenge because of the complexity and indeterminacy of face images.At present,there is no one simple face recognition algorithm can achieve a higher recognition rate.Every algorithm has its advantages and disadvantages.In this paper,how to integrate different approaches to exert their advantages sufficiently from the view of information fusion is researched.An integrated face recognition algorithm based on the feature fusion of Gabor and Curvelet is proposed.The experiment in this paper shows that the fusion recognition rate gets much upgraded.
