Active Magnetic Bearings(AMB) is a new kind of novel high-performance bearing,which can suspend the rotor by magnetic force.As its contact-free manner between stator and rotor,the rotor can rotate at an very high speed and almost no wear.In addition,the AMB has many advantages such as longer lifetime,no need of lubrication,low power consumption,low noise,etc..However,magnetic rotor system is a non-linear,strong-coupling system,and is a typical open-loop unstable system.So it is necessary to stabilize the work of control.The main contents of this paper response to problems,and the analysis of magnetic levitation of the rotor control system,five degrees of freedom control system,multi-channel systems have been establishedbased.In this paper,the controller hard ware circuit is designed and optimized with a core processor, TMS320C6713,including the design of anti-aliasing filter for the input design signal to improve the accuracy of the signal and the precision of the whole system,the design of A/D conversion circuit to acquisition sensor signal without phase difference,and the use of DSP amplifier to generate PWM control signals to reduce the hardware circuit design.According to the problems that the traditional PID controller parameters are set difficultly,the hardware circuit of the AMB DSP control system proposes a fixed PID parameters method at the basic of the genetic algoritlun and looks for the best PID control parameters,to improve the stability,rapidly response ability of the system and achieve the better controlment.Finally,the paper simulates with the MATLAB,debugs the established system, and has a suspended experiment.The simulation results show that the contol system and the control parameters with the genetic algorithm can make the magnetic bearing suspense and operate stablely,and have the advantages of the fast response,small overshoot,high precision control response.
