Research On The Moving Targets Detection And Tracking Methods Under The Dynamic Scenes

The research of the moving objects detecting and tracking under the dynamic background is mainly studied in my paper.The moving objects are served as the research objects in my paper.Firstly,a self-adaptive background updating algorithm based on energy method that is proposed in my paper can update the background model in real time and realize the moving objects detecting.Secondly,proposing a Camshift(continuously adaptive mean shift) moving objects tracking algorithm based on Kalman filter can track the single moving objects,multi-moving objects and multi-moving objects that are under the circumstance of occlusion.Those experiments demonstrate that the two proposed algorithms in my paper can detect and track the moving objects in accuracy and real time under the complicated background.And the two proposed algorithms' performances are superior to other similar algorithms.
