With the industrial wireless, embedded system, integrated management and control technology, Industrial Wireless Integrated Management and Control Network systems transmit work status information from the large-scale machinery equipment in the industrial production line to the upper enterprise information network timely, reliably, in order to achieve information and integrated automation.In this paper, the in-depth study of wireless technology was done,according to the problem of transmission, based on the IEEE802.15.4, realized the wireless network MAC transmission program, combined with OPC integrated technology and BACnet object services technology, to solve the integration problems between industrial-site control network and enterprise information network, in order to achieve a complete solution of the Industrial Wireless Integrated Management and Control Network system project. The main tasks of this paper include the following:(1) Discussed the needs and challenges of the wireless technology industry technology, given the problems that need to be solved when introducing the wireless technology into the field of industrial control.(2) Compared the different wireless technologies, such as, the wireless LAN, Bluetooth, ZigBee, clarified their characteristics and applications, explained the reason that they don't adapt to wireless transmission for industrial-site data.(3) According to the scene of a larger amount of data transmission in the industrial wireless network, it is granted the high reliability and guaranteed real-time characteristics, based on the IEEE 802.15.4 MAC, realized the wireless network MAC transmission control program with the characteristics of high reliability, guaranteed real-time, low-cost, low-power, low complexity.Analyzed the mechanism of its reliability assurance to solve the reliability problem of the wireless data transmission in the industrial field.(4) Proposed the modular design method of wireless MAC protocol stack for wireless integrated management and control network under the embedded software platforms, given the hardware and software realization of the program and related code examples.(5) Finally, combined with OPC integrated technology and BACnet object services technology, put the wireless MAC of Wireless Integrated Management and Control Network into practice, in order to monitor Wall Industrial Production lines, verifid real-time transmission of the proposed wireless MAC. This is the first practical engineering attempt of wireless technology, integrated management and control technology.
