Research On Image Processing Method Of Insulators Hydrophobicity Based On FCM

Methods of processing insulators hydrophobicity which take the Fuzzy Cluster Mean(FCM) methods as the major content are researched in this paper.FCM is widely used in image processing.Weighted-FCM based on potential distribution(PDWFCM) is used in this paper.Based on PDWFCM,two kinds of hydrophobic processing methods are proposed and examined by experiments.The algorithm based on information measure and FCM(IMFCM),proposing three information measures according to uniqueness of hydrophobic images,which is efficient to extract shape information of droplets(or watermarks).Considering the limitation of Euclidean distance,the method based on Hausdorff Distance(HD) and FCM(HDFCM) is proposed.The ability of de-noising and extracting edge-information is primly enhanced.The effect of this method is well and it has certain application foreground.
