In this paper,the theory of sparse decomposition is introduced to weak signal detection,and the improved matching pursuit(MP) algorithm is studied to accomplish anti-interference process of some typical signals.The novel Particle Swarm Optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to improve the efficiency of searching for time-frequency atoms,thereby achieving high search efficiency of time-frequency atoms and rapid noise restraint.The results of experiments indicated that the improved algorithm can effectively increase the searching speed by approximately 100 times and reduce the noises above SNR -15.On the other hand,the advancedΣ-ΔAD converter and the USB2.0controller CY7C68013 are adopt to research the multiplex high-precision data acquisition system with power frequency rejection.It has been proved that in the application to the transformer substations' grid-grounding detection the system can realize multiplex high-precision data acquisition and power frequency interference rejection effectively by a large number of stimulants and on-site tests.
