The problem of arranging package with alurninum electrolysis cells is a complex problem to multi-objective parameter with many problems.Right now,the process of an-anging package is artificial methods of calculation to determine where aluminum electrolysis cells are arranged package.The most defect of this method is inaccurate enough,having serious errors and is unfavorable to meticulous production of aluminum electrolysis enterprise.So my paper's main purpose is how to design an algorithm that make a regular order between electrolysis cells to create a proper package list,which based on the principle of arranging package.In this research,current of the artificial arranging package is referred,and the suitable mathematics model about arranging package is found which based on the problems of the aluminum electrolysis cells' data.In this research,the traditional genetic algorithm will be improved so much,and exploit a system using c# code,and the system named intelligent arranging package of aluminum electrolysis cells.Let me show my main work for the research as follows:1.Found the mathmatics model of arranging package at the aim of the solving final problem.2.Found the cluster analysis with the data of the aluminum production and the data of the arranging package.3.The natural number code is all used in the improved genetic algorithm in order to reduce the length of chromosomes in the end.4.The mutation probability and crossover probability all are changed by self-adapt theory dynamically.5.The research referred the Genetic-Mutation Algorithm theory.The mutation probability might enlarge itself and avoid premature phenomenon so much,while the premature phenomenon is finded in the end.6.The research referred Simulated Niche Theory into the selection operator of the genetic algorithm.It could preserve the multi-species and solve the problem of seemingly best individual in the end. 7.The intelligent arrangng package of aluminum electrolysis cells system based on improved genetic algorithm and traditional genetic algorithm have accomplished by using c# code.The intelligent arranging package of aluminum electrolysis cells system has more advantage in practice,such as running in high speed,arranging package in good effect, increasing the quality of the aluminum,and the application has good prospects.
