Digital signature is the basis of the theory of information security and the important guarantee as well,by which the services are provided such as identity authentication,information confidentiality,data integrality and undeniable.Also it is one of the key technologies in many fields like key distributation,e-bank,e-securities,e-commerce,e-government affair and the important technology of network information security as well.However,with the increasing complexity and hugeness of the network and the increasing universality and variety of the network attack and damage,it is almost unavoidable that the computer system could be "break-in".So a rubust intrusion-resilient digital signature system is very important.This paper proposed a forward and backward secure signature scheme,with which whatever time period sign key was impromised,the attacker could not forge the signature before and after the time period.So it reduces the maximum disclosure of the impromise of key,and provides the greatest possible security.And the security of the scheme was proved,formally we proved that the scheme meet the unforgablity on the Random Oracle Model.Signcryption simultaneously fulfills both the functions of digital signature and public key encrypton in a logically single step,and with a cost significantly lower than that required by the traditional "signature followed by enryption",including both computing time and message expand,so it is a relatively perfect approach in realizing confidential and authenticated commucation and information storaged as well.By the means of the key envoloving of our proposed signature scheme.This paper proposed a forward and backward secure signcryption scheme,then analysed the security and the performance of the scheme.Lastly,we use of the C++ compiled language to realize the system of the forward and backward signature algorithm.The experiment results prove that the analysis is true and our scheme is feasible and efficient in practice.
