A Search Result Evaluation Based On The Correlation Of Order

In order to find the information people needed from the internet easily and accurately, the mid-90's people invented search engine technology. Since then, the emergence of a large number of search engines such as Google, Baidu, MSN, Yahoo, soso, sogou, and so on. With a large number of search engines, we should use a search engine which will return better quality result? This requires an evaluation of search engines. Since 1995, people began to compare and evaluat search engine .However, due to search engine functionality and scale, as well as the lack of technical support, to evaluate the vast majority of search engines is still description mainly.In this paper, the relevant of sequence theory is applied to the evaluation of the quality of search results, the contents of the following three aspects:1) in order to make an objective evaluation of the quality of search results, an objective search evaluation based on the relevance of order was proposd. The main idea is through the same query, the relevance of sequence as an indicator of quality assessment.2) The ultimate goal of search engine is for the convenience of users. If a user can quickly find in the search results page to suit their own web pages that the search engine provides a better quality of results. Based on this idea, a search evaluation based on the relevance of order was proposed.3) A search quality based on Formal Concept Analysis was proposed. When the user input query, the search results typically include a collection of some URL, and the corresponding summary information. Get the form context from search results. On this basis constitutes a form of concept lattice. Calculate the degree of support for each concept lattice. On this basis, this paper, the form of concept lattice based on FCA was proposed.Experiment confirmed that the three orders based on the relevance of search results quality evaluation methods, the quality of search results to a fair evaluation. Evaluation results can be used to improve the quality of search engines, as well as user-friendly search engine choice.
