Research On Electric Image Stabilization Technique Based On Image Matching

Electronic Image Stabilizing Technology is a technology which Integrated electronic, computer and digital signal processing technology into a new generation of image sequences to achieve a stable image. It has a wide range of applications in military and civilian aspects.In this paper, the basic principles of electronic image stabilization and the basic method and system are overviewed. The mathematical model of the electronic image stabilization is analyzed theoretically. This paper describes the image stabilization system architecture, and introduces the hardware equipment and related software. On the basis of some experiments, the various electronic image stabilization algorithms are introduced and analyzed. And describes a number of motion vector estimation methods, each of commonly used motion vector estimation method is explained particularly.In the process of the study, the main works completed including the image acquisition, and the achievement of the electronic image stabilization algorithm based on the characteristics match, extraction of feature points, feature point matching, as well as motion compensation and so on.On the basis of the study mentioned above, related researches are obtained, and the accuracy of image stabilization as well as real-time and other problems are pending further study.
