Infrared image can distinguish pretending target. In cloudy or foggy day it also easy can form images. In the contrary the image which form with visible light is easily disturbed by weather. But spectrum resolution ratio of it is very good. Two kinds of these images can shoot in the same field of view .Then they can be fused with minor wavelet transform wave. the information can be strengthened. Rapidly minor wavelet transform is discussed by this paper. Source images decomposite to the images with different space resolution ratio and frequency. According to the data the distribution of high frequency sub image and low frequency sub image. Fusing operator can conform in the certain rules by calculating primitive multi-source image proportion of fused image. By this way the image information can be increased.In order to evaluating the integration of image, text made quantitative statistics from the average, information entropy, cross entropy, distorting the extent of the correlation coefficient and so on .
