The Research Of Image Registration Algorithm Based On DSA

Digital subtraction angiography is an important technology in both medical diagnose and interposal therapy, and an unparallel visualization tool for the blood vascular structures. The subtraction image usually have a lot of artifacts because of patients' involuntary movement, which seriously influenced on clinicians' diagnostic accuracy for the disease. So it is necessary to registrate the images before subtraction.The artifacts in the substation contain global and local artifacts, so the normal registration method can not get a good registration result. An efficient method for image registration product in this thesis. Rigid registration combining with elastic registration in the correction of the rigid deformation and elastic deformation. The algorithm proposed in this paper can match the mask image and live image accurately.
