The Photonic Crystal Fiber (PCF) is a kind of fiber that is composed of the cladding and the core. The 2-Dimension Photonic Crystal forms the cladding,and then a defect isinduced in the centre of the fiber. The light is only propagated in the core due to the PBG. The Multicomponent Oxide Glass Photonic Crystal Fiber is an optical fiber which by micropore structure of the multicomponent oxide glass components. Because of the big difference in the structure with the traditional fiber,it is different with the traditional fiber in the property.In this paper,we use the BandSolve software in theory which will be attribute to the experiments. On the basis of the Multicomponent Oxide Glass PCF fabrication methods. Then, K9 glass are adopted to draw the Multicomponent Oxide Glass PCF on the drawing experiments. The feasible technical route for fabrication is provided. During the drawing experiments, how to optimize the craftwork is researched,the problem of hole collapsing is solved. Finally,comparatively regular the Multicomponent Oxide Glass PCF is made,meanwhile rathersteady fabrication technology is primarily achieved.
