The uncertainty information exists widely in the objective world, how to express and deal with the uncertainty of knowledge has become one of the important topic in Artificial Intelligence research area, it is also a big difficult problem in AI. Firstly, the relevant theories of Computer Simulation is discussed, the principle and data analysis process of Computer Simulation are elaborated in detail. Secondly, based on the summary to the condition of uncertainty reasoning both in domestic and foreign research, the knowledge representation and reasoning method of the certainty method are discussed emphatically, its characteristics and problems are analyzed. Thirdly, due to the problems in the uncertainty reasoning, together with the features of Computer Simulation, the application of the Computer Simulation technology in Artificial Intelligence research is first presented, the simulation process is explained in detail with a practical example, the analogue result is examined, the practical feasibility of this method is confirmed. Fourthly, the system architecture is built using UML, the simulation system for the related parameters in uncertainty reasoning is developed and designed using Java language, the related parameters in many kinds of uncertainty reasoning models can be obtained. Lastly, according to the proposed algorithm, using WTESE,taking XingAn coal pit of HeGang branch of LongMay MINING GROUP CO., LTD. as an example, empirical analysis is made, the feasibility of this system is confirmed, the difficulties in getting the measures for the workface techology and safety are solved, the effective shortcut for decision-making of the informationization in coal mine is provided, the workload is reduced.
