The Design And Implementation Of Full-text Indexing System Base On COM Technology

Along with the rapid development of information technology, computer is at an unprecedented speed impact and change people's work and life. As the mainly information storage medium disk, its storage magnitude is increasing. The mass of documents to find it extremely inconvenient, it will take a very long time.Against this shortcoming, the most effective technology for information analysis is full-text index. Its role is: for documents create indexing, when the user searches, quickly provides relevant documents information to user by index keywords. So that implementation of the documents information analysis. That is extracted documents that contain information of interest from a large number of documents. Applies the full-text index technology in the Computer Forensics investigation, regarding the enhancement forensics efficiency, reduces the investigation time, has built the solid foundation.This paper described the significance of full-text index study firstly. Then, introduced in detail the key technologies of the system development: call Windows indexing service's COM interface to realize full-text index, and ADO database access technology in result search. At the same time, proposed a new Computer Forensics idea, applies the index technology in the Data Preprocessing step of Computer Forensics. The overall goal of the system, running environment, functional requirements, as well as designing details and other features are also described then. Finally, summarize the system development and on the lack propose the next step to make efforts.The system discussed in the paper has gone through repeated testing and perfecting. At the moment it achieves the goals that full-text indexing for documents. So the system will have some active action for the development of computer forensics in our country, and has some value to spread.
