The Research & Realization Of The Learning System For Chinese Calligraphy

Calligraphy is really an important course for the Chinese Students.And How to teach the students well is always a big program for the Calligraphy Teachers.In the traditional way,the teacher have to teach the students one by one,that is inefficient.Now we have more advanced equipments(the computers and the projectors) which can be used to improve the teaching method.So we can use an Electric-Canlligraphu teaching ststem to show how to wirte Chinese chacaters well.The thesis resolves several programs in Electric-Canlligraphy Teaching.In the demonstrating part,B-spline Curve is used to describe the strokes in a Chinese character;so we can show the sequence of the strokes by displaying the B-spline curves in order.In the preprocessing part,Wiener filtering technology and Median filtering technology are used to denoise the input image which is transferred form the students' handwritings.Then the image will be binarized and smoothed.At last,the image will be compared with the existing Chinese Character Model.Finally,a system is represented to verify the methods mentioned above.It can be used in Electric-Canlligraphy Teaching to reduce the teachers' burden.
