Component parts with bore such as pin valve, internal thread, oil pipe take up a large proportion in the oil industry, chemical industry and modern manufacturing industry. At present, man-observed and comparing method is used widely in our country of these components' measurement of machining quality. Because human's factors lead to detecting inefficiency and low reliability of the result. In order to raise the detecting efficiency and reliability, the internal bore surface quality is characterized by the method, which is based on machine vision intelligent detecting in this paper.By means of machine vision combining image processing technique and image pattern recognizing technology, this paper mainly focuses on how to automatically realize the intelligent judgment technique on machining quality of the internal bore, and makes an intensive study on bore component's automatical detection. To make sure the internal bore image reliability and realism in the hardware, the systerm uses optical fiber endoscope-CCD camera and image acquisition card to obtain the internal bore's image, and to raise the detection accuracy. Through fuzzy recognition matching and processing the image such as smoothing, amplifying, image threshold segmentation, contour extraction, parameter extraction of the internal bore and so on, to achieve the component automatical detection. This thesis analyzes the detection system, with the supporting examples that detect the injector nozzle matching part surface quality. Using experiment and computer programming concludes a internal bore quality measurement method, which is based on machine vision, it contributed to such bore component detection technique development, video image acquisition in internal bore intelligent detecting, digital image processing and mode recognize technique.This system is an opto-electrical integrated intelligent product. It combines machine vision's rapidness and reliability with digital image processing and mode recognize technique, satisfying the internal bore detection' s require, avoiding the human factor, it can largely improves the detecting efficiency instead of the traditional detecting technique, so this technique has a widespread application value.
