With the rapid development of electronic technology and sharp increase of mining electrical equipment types and quantity, in addition to the specific badly electromagnetic interference environment of mine, all these led to the increasing complexity of mine electromagnetic environment. Electromagnetic compatibility is a new comprehensive subject. For our coal industry, researching and measurement on mine electromagnetic environment and the related experiment study is still at the beginning, the electromagnetic environmental harms are not yet fully manifested. The knowledge about the electromagnetic compatibility is relative shortage.Based on the current testing methods of electromagnetic compatibility and combined with the special environment and characters of the mine, from the four aspects experiments ,including radiation electromagnetic field immunity test, ESD immunity test, EFT immunity test and surge immunity test for the mine products, this paper takes full advantage of research results of electromagnetic compatibility in the field of electromagnetic transmission of coal mine, and learns from the different fields of electromagnetic compatibility home and abroad, innovating from study methods, experiment scenarios and methods of experiment data processing, also researches the solution of electromagnetic compatibility testing method ,harsh grade and improving electromagnetic compatibility performance for mine monitoring and communication devices.The design of mine products will produce a qualitative leap through the research, meanwhile the problems of stability and misoperation to the mine products due to the shortage of electromagnetic compatibility will be solved. There are meaningful and useful for improving the theory of mine monitoring and communications, for the guiding of the related rules making and improving the capacity of resisting disturbance, and also playing the role of system security, at the same time, it is great practical significance for the safety production of our coal industry.
