Adaptive Inverse Control Method Based On Support Vector Machine

Traditional control theory is combined with signal processing theory to form a novel control method—Adaptive Inverse Control. In this paper, Support Vector Machine was introduced into inverse control technology on the grounds of adaptive inverse control theory. Online identification algorithm of support vector regression is used to build the inverse model for the plant, making a direct adaptive inverse control system. Due to its favorable generalization, the whole system gives better performance. At the end of this paper, simulations of linear system, non-linear system and main steam temperature system show the excellent control quality of this method.
