In the industrial complex, most of industries targeted are dynamic systems that non-linear, multi-variable and coupling strongly. In the past, familiar control system analysis is single-variable system or multi-variable system. There is very few people study two-input two-output system (TITO system). The most form is example. As a typical system, two-input two-output system can be research valuable. Aim at this state, this paper provide an effective method of decoupling controlled through optimize the fuzzy controller by global search ability of genetic algorithm, decouple it use the GA-based fuzzy decoupling methods and simulation the system which has been decoupled by fuzzy control method.
