Wireless integrated sensor networks, which include collecting, managing data and communication, are used more and more widely for its low cost and convenient deployment. Nowadays the research concerning each aspect of sensor networks is fairly active. Topology control is one of the key problems in sensor networks. Creditable data is a new kind of network services, which can improve the data quality and network performances. This thesis mainly focuses on the selfadaptive topology control algorithm based on trust model.According to the characteristics of sensor networks and topology control, this thesis firstly analyzed some topology control algorithms of sensor networks in existence. With the standpoint of providing creditable data in order to optimize network performance, the thesis then present one trust model based on positive feedback. The model makes the assumption that network is dense, and then every node can have some neighbor nodes. With that, it is easy to do trust evalutation. At the same time, the trust list will be rotated reliably and cumulated incrementally by the positive feedback.Then, considering the sparse distribution of sensor network is inevitable, the thesis proposed another trust model based on Beta distribution.This model makes the assumption that there are mobile nodes in the network, by which the cluster head can do the trust evalutation easily. At the same time, we can build the trust value of each node and update them with the Beta density function which has a strong statistics theoretical foundation.Experiments show that this model can improve the performance and more stable compared to other models.By the quantitative trust value which is computed by trust model, this thesis also proposed one adaptive topology control algorithm based on trust model. This algorithm will balance the coverage and crediable service to control selfadaptivly, then to provide credible data and save energy on the premise of ensuring coverage and connectivity. Based on the simulation platform which is developed for national 863 plan-The Key Technology of Data Compression In Asyncronous Wireless Sensor Networks, this algorithm is simulated and evaluated.Experiments show that this algorithm can prolong the network lifetime,and to reach a better performance than the traditional topology control algorithms. Finally, we summarized our previous work of this paper and looked to the future works we shall do.
