Duplex stainless steel has superior corrosion and excellent high strength,it has been applied widely in the petroleum,the energy and the ocean exploitation field in recent years.Duplex stainless steel is in the experimental stage in our country,and the systematical evaluation system has not been developed.For the designer,the design of the structure only can be realized based on the experimental results available.Duplex stainless steel can be well designed,the accumulation of the notable experimental data is required in order to explore the relationship between components and properties and realize the optimized design of materials.This paper is based on consulting and summarizing a lot of literature,finishing a large number of experimental data and concerned with the phase ratio of Duplex stainless steel.The available experimental data can be organized in Duplex stainless steel database effectively,which provides the materials design with a stable plat.This paper's main task is:(1) build Duplex stainless steel database,Duplex stainless steel database system is developed,in which the background database is established by Microsoft Access and the database application program is developed by VC++.Highly efficient and fast functions of information data increasing,deleting, editing,querying and phase ratio prediction are provided in this database system.(2) Uses genetic algorithm to optimize the values of neural network weigh,The method is realized in MATALB by using a set of genetic neural network software is compiled. The results show that:this method is a effective way to foretell the phase ratio of Duplex stainless steel.
