Research On Underwater Relatable Rating Skirt With Two Degrees Of Freedom

With the development of marine technology, human activities in the deep water are more and more frequently. Now men take more attentions to the safety of underwater activities because of the unique working environment. The research of the underwater mating skirt is one of the key points of the underwater rating techniques which ensure the safety of the underwater activities.It has summarized and analyzed the underwater techniques from the domestic and abroad, and gave a project of relatable rating skirt with two degrees of freedom by the development of the underwater techniques. It has finished the design of the structures, hydraulic pressure systems and gear driving systems.The relatable rating skirt with two degrees of freedom is composed by three parts: the fixed part, the direction part and the angle part. The fixed part which is connected with the mother body expands the space of the skirt inside in the vertical direction as the same time as one of the carriers of the hydraulic pressure systems. The direction part and the angle part are divided by a complete spherical shell which is cut into two parts by a plane which is through the core and with a certain angle between the horizontal. The direction part can revolve for whole round driven by the hydraulic motors and gears. The angle part could adjust the horizontal angle driven by the hydraulic motors. It's a rating sealing plane which can connect with the target.It made a static and stability analysis to verify the structure's reliability through the formula calculation and the analysis by the software ANSYS.It designed a sealing structure with O-ring and trapezoidal ring and verified the sealing reliability by the software Ansys.It also set up a mathematical model of the underwater relatable rating skirt and made the kinematics analysis to get the system of equations which show the pose and position of the structure.
