With the rapid development of the national economy, market competition intensifies, a growing shortage of energy as well as the increasingly stringent requirements of environmental protection, there is an urgent requirement of large ocean-going vessels to increase their level of process control and reduce energy consumption and air pollution emissions. An effective measure is to adopt supercharged boiler technology and design a new kind of training and simulation software.First of all, this paper design key modules of simulation system, including the simulation system as a whole to build method Rouge-Kutta for solving differential equations, add a random number for the system, design system simulation step, the system deal with delay module, developed a kind of design tools for the external interface of simulation system.Secondly, this paper carried out an integrated power system. Gives the system's working processes, introduced various parts of the system and the function the pat need to complete. Set a precondition for modeling burning part of the system. Design the basic framework of the simulation program for data transmission. Research on simulation software to realize various functions, such as: save and load data, show effects of dynamic movement, show that simulation curve, design PID controller and so on.Thirdly, this article gives the burning part of power systems modeling and analyses the system under the control of the PID separate run-time curves obtained through simulation image. Through the simulation software to simulate the whole system has been in a multi-system coupling variable condition under the curve.Fourthly, to improve the control system performance, studied the IGPC in the Simulation System. Predictive control algorithm through the steam pressure system, prove intelligent algorithm is better. Finally, the simulation system are summarized, introduced the future work need to do for enhancing the future performance of the system.
