Safe production is an eternal topic in coal mine, and the safe transportation is an important component of safe production. Mostly adopting intelligence sensor detecting their owns status, such as railway circuit- detecting instrument and pressure sensor, which are unable to effectively prevent Rear-end Accidents and hitting-miners accident happen.Utilizing the signal camera to collect information of forward road condition, Technology of image processing is used to make processing of digital image and identify target. The detection of the real-time distance is achieved by designing a simple distance measurement mode. Finally, the system outputs warning signal according to the information of distance.The paper constructs anti-collision warning system hardware platform, with embedded processor and video coding chip,using the former realizing image processing,using the latter realizing video coding.In this paper warning anti-collision algorithm designed for mainly include the following:①the paper adopts gray stretching and median filter to realize preprocessing.②proposed a new Algorithm to detect railway, most of transport accidents happened in the flexural railway, the paper has designed the flexural railway examination algorithm. Because track is very obvious in gradation image characteristic, after threshold segmentation,using the slope between the initiation point and the discretional point to determine the flexural railway.③studying Target recognizing Algorithm, the target recognition, including locomotive and miner, with the characteristic parameter extract method. The paper is according circle rate parameter to compute light.④proposed a new model of ranging , Based on The between the target and this locomotive to design the warning decision-making, therefore need to measure distance, based on the track space is the fixed value, establish the range model.⑤make warning decision, Anti-collision warning decision-making is designed according to locomotive moving velocity and the brake time, establish three-Level warning.The arithmetic mentioned in the paper, has been run in the hardware platform, the program work condition had indicated that whole system is suitable for warning demand of the real-time anti-collision. At the end of the paper some shortcomings and defect was put forward.
