Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR), a technology of DNA In vitro expansion, has become an important tool for the research of molecular biology. For Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) analysis system, none but analysis and extract of the image, make the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) product qualitative and quantitative correctly, to be made the analysis and processing of the patient's pathological conditions accurately.Based on the mass related theories, this thesis has compared and discussed many arithmetic of the PCR gelation image analysis, by the step of the PCR analysis system, then put forward a kind of arithmetic based on the method of image projection for PCR gelation image analysis. This arithmetic use the mathematical morphology method of high and low cap transform to enhance the PCR gelation gray image first of all, then calculate the vertical projection of the enhanced image, take the Gaussian smooth curve of the projection signal for threshold, combining with wavelet de-noising signals of the vertical projection signal to gain the positions of PCR swimming tracks, then calculate the horizontal projection in each divided PCR swimming tracks, use the same arithmetic to gain the positions of PCR bands in each divided PCR swimming tracks, and the PCR bands gridding has been divided at the same time. Finally use the integral illumination density value distilling arithmetic based on illumination compensated to distill the integral illumination density value of each PCR bands. The experiment result indicates that with the PCR image been detected accurately, subsequent diagnosis and analysis can achieve fairly efficiency, so the method is of very significant practicality.
