Along with development and revolution of computer industry,the research and development of embedded system have come to one of the current arousing popular interests.From the initial single-chip processor structure to the present embedded structure with specialized operational system,the need for embedded system has become more complex and expanded than before.For this reason,the subject on how to design complicated embedded-system gains more attention.However,for without unified design standard;being badly affected by artificial factor;lacking of flexibility and effective connective method in the co-design of software and hardware,the traditional embedded system has drawbacks in efficiency and cost.The thesis researches mainly on the method of embedded system design,putting forward a modeling method based on UML embedded system and a software and hardware co-work system design method which based on reusable design method.Besides,the thesis also explains the application process of sorts of embedded-systems design methods by taking the design of embedded obstacle avoidance robot as example.First of all,being combined with the consideration of existing problems of embedded system development,the thesis brings forward a modeling method based on UML embedded system through researching on current UML technique.In embedded system design,a new method,the reusable design method,which fits for hardware and software co-design,has been applied and expanded,and results in two reusable design methods,which are system design method based on reconfigurable platform and design method which excises testability algorithm as its way.Meanwhile, the example of obstacle avoidance robot also elaborates on how to apply the two above-mentioned reusable design methods in embedded system.By summarizing the experience of embedded system design and development,the thesis illustrates in details how to combine the requirements and features of different embedded systems to bring forward a reasonable embedded system application program.In line with the design requirements of special application environment for obstacle avoidance robot,the traditional artificial potential field obstacle avoidance algorithm has been improved and achieved good results in practical application.In the development of robot wireless video transmission system,network video real time transmission is operated on the basis of network self-adaptive technology. Research has been made on it and lead to a more effective network self-adaptive adjustment method,which helps to reduce the requirements on network and improve the real-time transmission ability.
