The Research Of Data Mining In Mobile Network Optimization

Data mining is a typical information-oriented intellective application technology. It is not only can analyze and disposal a great deal data but also can discover the relations among the historical data, thereby get the valuable information, help scientific decision-making. The network optimization is a systemic project, it optimizes the existing network resource to improve the network quality, and it improves the enterprise competitiveness and consumer satisfaction.This article is to study how to apply data mining to network optimization based on the discussion of network optimization and data mining technology application. At first, it will discuss the conditions and content of network optimization, then discuss the research content and algorithms of data mining, then integrated the algorithms and application forms, discussed how to apply the data mining technology to network optimization.Based on the author several years wireless engineering experience, this article put forward two detailed application method. One is wireless traffic forecast based on regression forecast, another is frequency optimization based on inherit algorithms. Study and analyze how to apply data mining to these two part can give a guidance of apply data miming technology to other network optimization part. Finally, this article gives a module of intelligent optimization platform base on the data miming technology.These projects are applies to the mobile network optimization, they breakdown passive optimization pastime, this optimization method adopt scientific predict and scientific calculate, not only it can improve network performance, but also help product maintenance management department and market management department establish decision-making, and it bring more profit to operator.
