In today's medical information system, there exist all kinds of heterogeneous systems such as HIS, LIS, CIS and PACS. For the lack of unified standards among manufacturers, the data structures of these systems are significantly different, which brings a big problem to the data sharing.In this paper, it provides a way of integrating heterogeneous data which based on Dynamic Modeling. Dynamic Modeling is different from traditional modeling. It makes models'building after the system putting in practice. The modification of models no longer requires programs'changing, which can reduce the expence of system maintenance. The integrating way makes use of Dynamic Modeling to build model based on MetaDataType, and integrates heterogeneous data with MetaDataType Mapping. At last the heterogeneous systems can share the data from the data center by the interfaces. Then it designs and implements a medical data integrating platform which is based on Dynamic Modeling. The system is divided into three tiers. In the client, the tool of dynamic modeling is used to build models, and the mapping tool is used to integrate data, and the search tool which is based on the patient is used to search the data in data center. The business logic layer provides the necessary interfaces to the client. The persistence layer deals with the saving and loading of models and instance data.At last, it discusses an application based on the project which was cooperated with Shanghai Intelray Corporation. The integrating way has been applied in the Shanghai Renji hospital successfully, which can prove it feasible and effective.
