Coating is one of the most important steps in shipbuilding process, throughout the life cycle of manufacturing. Coating technology in China's shipbuilding industry is still fairly far behind advanced shipbuilding countries. Coating process often involves many worker groups in large time-spans, and high-volume distribution of coating materials. In order to achieve "high-speed shipbuilding," and the integration of design, production and management in coating, an integration coating information management system is needed.In this thesis, based on coating material distribution characteristics in a typical shipyard in our country, combination of Web services technology, a coating information management system was designed for one shipbuilding factory, which could integrate coating production and management. This system could solve the allocation low efficiency of the coating material deploy, as well as the delay of work plan coursed by coating material deploy, the system could increase production efficiency.This thesis has done research in the following areas:1, China's shipbuilding coating management technology has large gap with the international advanced level, especially in worker group arrangement and material deploy. Include work group delay, high coating material costs and other problems. In order to solve these problems, a mathematical programming model was designed making use of principles of Superscalar Pipelining. The model could optimize the production planning. It also could arrange and optimize the worker groups'working plan.2, A coating information management system was designed and implemented through researching scholars'literatures at home and abroad in the field of ship coating, based on Web services technology. The core function of this system is a superscalar pipelining mathematical programming model. When the arrangement of work group was completed, the system could carry out the coating material ration according to the work group arrangement. Based on this mathematical programming model, a coating information database was designed. The engineering data and production information could be inquired more exactly and quickly.3, Using actual data of a shipyard, the efficiency of the coating information management system designed in this thesis was validated. It can improve the distribution of coating material efficiency, saving the cost of coating, enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises and the level of information. It has very positive significance.
