Research and application of effective scheduling methods and optimization technologies have played an important role in increasing production efficiency, lowering production costs etc in enterprises.Based on actual shop operations,the paper focuses on applied job shop scheduling.The paper proposes a multi-objective,multi-constraint applied job shop scheduling system based on dynamic facilities-resource laboratory on the basis of analysis and review on problems which occur on practical scheduling.The paper also makes a model,including system functional model,system IDEF0 model, object-oriented model and mathematical model for practical job-shop scheduling system.Combination of biological immune mechanism and genetic algorithm is used to solve multi-objective,multi-constraint production scheduling problem.The instances are tested to verify the availability and effectiveness after the design of immune genetic algorithm flow and genetic operations.Based on dynamic equipment resource library for job shop scheduling,the paper analyzes the priority scheduling rules for a number of scheduling problems,and completes the design of key algorithms based on dynamic resource scheduling solutions.The proposed scheduling rules and solution,which aims at improving utilization rate of facilities and resources,and reducing processing time,has been proved effective by the instances tested.After finished the overall design,database design and the research of integration of key information,on the basis of C/S model,a visual practical production scheduling platform is realized in the paper.A test is conducted to prove the availability of the system.
