Internet has been in the Web2.0 era.The combination of SNS,which is a social platform based on trust,and e-commerce applications is to become a new trend.In this context,entrusted by a famous foreign company,the research is aim at conducting a user study and interaction design in combination of SNS and e-commerce.The objectives of the research are including:knowing about the state of the development of SNS and user study;finding out the users' attitudes to combination of SNS and e-commerce,mining the potential demands of users;designing the functions and interaction flow that meets users' needs and user habits.This research includes literature investigation,user study and requirements analysis and interaction and prototype design.In the phase of literature investigation, the states of SNS development and user research at home and abroad are gained by collecting and analyzing the related literature.In the phase of user study and requirements analysis,interviews and questionnaire survey methods are used to obtain the data of basic information about users,user behaviors,attitude of users and view of users.And base on these data,user groups are divided,and then four personas are created and scenario design and task analysis are conducted in accordance with personas, with the results of task analysis as the basis of the latter interaction design.In the phase of interaction and prototype design,according to the results of task analysis,structural design of functional and interactive process design are conducted. Then low-fidelity prototype is completed,and 8 users are invited,user test method is used to verify the function of design and interaction with the users' needs and behavior. And in accordance with the test results improvement on the prototype is completed. Next,in the basis of low-fidelity prototypes,high-fidelity prototype using Axure is completed,and user test method is used to evaluate the prototype,aiming at finding usability problems and surveying user satisfaction.In the whole progress of the research,the theory of user centered design is implemented strictly.The research extracting the potential user requirements,explore the combination of SNS and e-commerce applications for the follow-up research and product design.
