Along with the rapid development of science and technology, specially Internet technology and the promotion of information, more and more data and information between each information system are expected to be interconnected and shared, However, because of history and technology, now data formats, which exist in information systems and their interiors, and soft environment are independent of others, forming so-called the problem of information island, which causes resources to disperse, information to be hard to be shared, low-level application and so on. With the fiercer the competition of the enterprises and the faster of enterprise information progress, the more communication of departments of an enterprise is needed, so that it is easy to be cooperated and efficiency is raised for the improvement of its competitiveness. How to take full advantage of these distributed data, and avoid massive redundancies, is the key point of data research at present. Base on this we can make the system be cooperative work and raise efficiency. Therefore, data integration system that is perfect protections and supports cooperative work is cried for.At present the number of institutions which research on data integration is much larger, and various proposals about for data integration appear, such as data warehousing, database federation, and distributed database, which are proposed earlier and influential, however, taking everything into account, they are difficult to deploy, high cost and not acute which cause them very difficult to have wide applications but part of big enterprises and scientific establishment. Now the methods of data integration have been researched by many organizations, proposals for data integration appears unceasingly, but few of them are popular for us to accept and use for the simple reason that efficiency is not high, versatility is low, and is not a very good solution to resolve distributed data integration causing that they are not effective solutions. Seeking a simple, effective and highly versatile way to realize that various information system data can be interacted and shared, which is the key that an enterprise enhances its automatic routine, and then improves its efficiency and increases its profits. After analyzing the current situation of data integration and existing problems, this paper proposes the model of distributed data integration based on CSCW. This model makes use of more popular XML as the schema of data integration. Data collection, extraction, optimization and other operations make distributed data well integrate. And Lotus Domino and Tomcat are used to be server, which handles not only cooperative work well, but more functions which support WEB browser and J2EE technology are added. And then a more perfect model of data integration is formed, which satisfies majority enterprises what they need and has the merits of high expansibility, cross platform and security. In the end the integrated information system of Hubei mobile satisfying the emergency needs based on the model is built. By using this system, Hubei mobile can effectively integrate distributed data from each subsidiary, and therefore the data from each subsidiary are shared. The relevant Hubei mobile agencies can take advantage of Internet to achieve cooperative work so that the information can be transmit by Internet, public information is real-time sharing, and the access to private information of other departments concerned will be granted. This article reaches the expected purpose, and distributed data are integrated well. The research on the model of distributed data integration and the system implementation based on the model proposed by this paper can provide useful reference for the research of data integration.
