| With the development of 3G,MIMO has been one of the hotspots in wireless comfnunieation field,which could improve capacity of communication system remarkably by transmitting the data in different space field and time field,but the same frequency field,using more than one antenna in transmitter and receiver.And if using space-time code in MIMO system,the capacity of MIMO system could be made full use nearly,and the error rate could be improved.Space-time coding technology improves spectral efficiency with multi-elements antenna array and has been a research hotspot in the telecommunication field recently.This thesis focuses on MIMO technology and space-time coding techniques,and introduces MIMO Mobile-to-Mobile communication systems(M2M).Main researches are as follow:(1) The basic concept and charaeteristic of MIMO channels are analysed,and analyze several commonly used mathematical model of MIMO channel capacity. Gives the formula of the capacity in several communication channels,simulates the performance of it.(2) The thesis analyses three types of space-time codes.It consist of STBC (Space-Time Block Codes),STTC(Space-Time Trellis Codes) and LSTC(Layer Space-Time Codes).Then,this thesis gives the principle of encoder and decoder of these space-time codes,and the conclusion of simulation is analysed respectively.(3) Consider several classical algorithms Such as the ML,ZF and MMSE, simulate and analyze the ZF and MMSE algorithms of the V-BLAST system base on the OSIC(Ordered Successive Interference Cancellation),could illustrate the advantage of the ZF-OSIC and MMSE-OSIC.The results show that the performance of the OSIC algorithm should be better than SIC algorithm,but more complex.(4) Finally,the thesis analyses the MIMO M2M channel model,analyse the performance of OSTBC in the MIMO Mobile-to-Mobile channel model.Then,we show the simulation results of the Bit Error Rate(BER) of OSTBC in the channel model. |
