As computer network especially Internet rapid development, the concept of traditional information system has been changed tremendously. These obviously behave in revolutionary changes of information saving, transferring, publishing and capturing manner. At same time, the distributed information system based on network has been widely applied in every area and is making great progress in the whole society. Internet has become one of the key composing parts to build information system. The problem how to publish and capture information effectively in more wide and heterogeneous computing environment becomes urgent to be solved.Based on .NET platform, Beijing Medicare Insurance Fund Collection System builds distributed systems which centre in web service and solves the data transmission and operation transaction problem in effect.This dissertation mainly focuses on theories and technologies based on .NET. Through reading many articles inside and outside country, the Beijing Medicare Insurance Fund Collection System is investigated and implemented as a distributed application. The author has made some exploration and attempt in it. The following are the main research content with its'result:(1) Deep research and analyze on .NET platform and .NET distributed technology. The .NET platform, Visual Studio.NET developing tool are researched and analyzed. Especially the .NET Framework and its two core module, Common Language Runtime and .NET Framework Class Library are given more attention. Finally analyze the data access model of .NET——ADO.NET.(2) Through researching and analyzing two distributed technologies of .NET, XML Web Service and .NET Remoting, the reason why XML Web Service key technology was chose by Beijing Medicare Insurance Fund Collection System was concluded. XML Web Service is used to implement the multi-layer distributed architecture. It can guarantee the normal running of system in heterogeneous environment and reduce the stress of central database.(3) Besides, the security problems in Beijing Medicare Insurance Fund Collection system are also researched. Through digital signature and encryption in the simple object access protocol, the transport layer protocol of web service insures the security during the transportation of web service. And through the role based access control, different users get different roles and different operation privileges. This can avoid user to access resource unauthorized and maintenance system security. This dissertation does a deep research to the key technologies of the Medicare Insurance Fund Collection System. Through these key technologies, the modules implemented for Medicare insurance operation have good impact and became an important part of the whole system. System security has been guaranteed by the insurance of transportation safety of web service and the role based access control function.
